The guarantee deposit is a financial commitment a seller makes to open sales on the marketplace. The deposit amount determines the platform commission on every sale — the larger the deposit, the lower the commission.

As of today the tiers are: from 10 USDT — 30% commission, from 100 USDT — 18% commission, from 500 USDT — 15%, from 1000 USDT — 12%. You can top up the deposit in parts and move up to a better tier over time; the marketplace administration may adjust these tiers.

The deposit can be withdrawn in full or in part, the same way as a regular earnings withdrawal — through a request confirmed with an app code and an email code, processed manually by the administration. Withdrawing the full deposit pauses the shop: products are hidden from the catalog, but orders and sales history are kept, and sales resume as soon as you top up again. A partial withdrawal cannot leave the deposit below the lowest tier — in that case the shop keeps operating with a recalculated commission.
