On the payment page, send exactly the amount shown by the payment system — the fee is already included. For example, you top up 2 $ and the amount to pay is 2.04 $.

If you send more or less, your balance is credited in proportion to what you actually sent: send 2.00 instead of 2.04 and we credit 1.96 $, send 2.50 and we credit 2.45 $. No need to contact support — it is credited automatically.

Note that some exchanges deduct their withdrawal fee from the transferred amount, so less arrives. Make sure the full amount reaches the recipient.

An account comes in an archive in one or two formats — which ones is shown on the product page.

SESSION+JSON is a format for specialised Telegram software (account management and automation tools). The .session file and the matching .json file with the account parameters are loaded into such a program through its account import feature — see your program's manual for the exact steps.

TDATA is the format of the official Telegram Desktop app. To open the account:

1. Download the Portable version of Telegram Desktop for Windows from the official website — it comes as a ZIP archive, not an installer.
2. Create a brand-new empty folder anywhere on your PC, e.g. Telegram Account.
3. Extract Telegram.exe from the downloaded archive into this folder.
4. Copy the account's tdata folder into the same folder, next to Telegram.exe.
5. Run Telegram.exe — the account opens already logged in, no confirmation code needed.

Use a separate folder with its own copy of Telegram.exe for each account — this way the accounts don't interfere with each other. If Telegram asks for a cloud password (two-step verification), it is in the 2fa.txt file in the account archive, if there is one.

If you use several accounts at once, do not run them all from the same IP address — Telegram links such accounts together and may ban them all at once. Use rotating proxies (residential or mobile ones work best) so that each account has its own IP address. Do not use public or free VPNs: their IP addresses are shared by thousands of people, and accounts that log in through them often get banned.

Every product has a review window during which you can open a dispute right from the order in your account — open a dispute. The seller must respond, and if it is not resolved, the dispute can be escalated to the admin team.

Yes — if the account does not work and you open a dispute within the review window (see above), the money is returned to your balance. Once that window closes, a refund is no longer guaranteed, so always check your purchase right after delivery.

You can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account — an extra app code at login plus an email code for sensitive actions. Turn it on from your account settings.

Yes — set the quantity you need for a seller's listing in your cart, as long as enough stock is available; payment and delivery happen as a single order.

If you are downloading a large number of accounts, we recommend using the MEGA desktop application for Windows or macOS. It allows you to download all files and folders at once without browser limitations.

1. Create a free MEGA account.
2. Install the MEGA desktop application for Windows or macOS.
3. Open the application.
4. Copy the download link you received after your purchase.
5. In the application, select File → Import Link (or simply paste the link into the application window).
6. Choose the destination folder on your computer.
7. Wait for the download to complete.

The guarantee deposit is a financial commitment a seller makes to open sales on the marketplace. The deposit amount determines the platform commission on every sale — the larger the deposit, the lower the commission.

As of today the tiers are:

• from 10 USDT — 30% commission
• from 100 USDT — 18% commission
• from 500 USDT — 15% commission
• from 1000 USDT — 12% commission

You can top up the deposit in parts and move up to a better tier over time; the marketplace administration may adjust these tiers.

The deposit can be withdrawn in full or in part, the same way as a regular earnings withdrawal — through a request confirmed with an app code and an email code, processed manually by the administration. Withdrawing the full deposit pauses the shop: products are hidden from the catalog, but orders and sales history are kept, and sales resume as soon as you top up again. A partial withdrawal cannot leave the deposit below the lowest tier — in that case the shop keeps operating with a recalculated commission.
